Running History: I am very active, played soccer my entire life, plus I’m in the Marines so running is kind of my job too.

How He’s Training: I run every morning and every night along the flight line because it’s the only paved roads we have here and I do sprints in the sand, I’m not able to run as much as I want because of the heat.

GRS Connection: I came upon the website and instantly became interested, it’s a great organization and would do anything to help.

Message: I am in the Marine Corps, currently in Afghanistan, I am running in the 1st annual Afghanistan- Marine Corps marathon on October 25th and hope to be able to support GRS as much as I can. “Running is the greatest metaphor to life, what you get out of it is exactly what you put into it.
