Running History: Before last year the only way I would be run if I was forced or it was a part of a sport. In the past year I have started running for my health and finished the Hyannis Marathon in February 2009.

How He’s Training: Following the wise words of Ambry Burfoot (1968 Boston Marathon Winner) aka his book.

GRS Connection: Lena Forman, a high school friend, is currently a GRS member in Zambia.
